Before Sage & Twine, Joel was a teacher and Bethany worked in disability support. In 2020, they channelled their shared love for macrame into something more a brand built around the belief that every home deserves to feel beautiful, intentional, and completely yours.

Their own home? Almost entirely decorated with their own macrame creations. That's not a marketing line it's how the brand was born. Every product in the Sage & Twine range comes from genuinely living with macrame, understanding how it transforms a space, and caring deeply about the craft behind it.

Every piece is handcrafted using only the best natural materials wooden dowels and 100% pure cotton. No plastic. No shortcuts. Everything is biodegradable, eco-conscious, and made to last. Because beautiful things should be good for your home and for the earth.

What is the minimum order quantity? +

Our minimum order starts at 5 units per product (Boutique tier). You can mix products across your order for example, 5 Cap Hangers and 5 Hat Hangers as long as each individual product meets the 5-unit minimum.

How long does fulfilment take? +

Most orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Larger wholesale orders (25+ units) may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Are product photos and brand assets included? +

Yes. All approved stockists receive access to our wholesale media kit including high-resolution product photography, lifestyle images, and brand guidelines so you can start selling right away.

Can I order a sample before committing to wholesale? +

Absolutely. We offer sample orders at retail price so you can experience the quality firsthand. If you proceed with a wholesale order within 30 days, we'll credit the sample cost against your first order.

Do you offer territorial exclusivity? +

Territorial exclusivity is available for Wholesale tier partners (25+ units) in select regions. Reach out to us directly to discuss availability in your area we keep exclusivity arrangements limited to protect your investment.

What are the payment terms? +

All wholesale orders are prepaid via our secure checkout no invoicing or net terms for new stockists. Established partners with a history of 3+ orders may apply for net-14 payment terms.

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes, we ship to New Zealand, the UK, the US, Canada, and select European countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
